What is an eBook and how to download?

In ebook; e is stand for electronic and book you know, in which any sort of information is written. You can find lots of books in a library, reference books, fiction and nonfiction book Books are made up of three main parts; first is front, second is inner and third is back. In an ebook; e for electronic, those published book which can be read on any device; IOS, I pad, tablet, computer or a laptop.
It is also known as; a book publication made available in digital form.
It can be consist of images, text or both. You can read an ebook offline too.
On computer you can save as PDF or EPUB, by default, files are saving to anyone’s computer in download folder.
You can easily read on Kindle app or in kindle library.
To download an ebook on iphone or ipad; first to verify you have installed e reader app; click sign in and enter email address then click login then click my account then click “enter download center”, and finally select the book you want to read.
On Android phone; Google own e reader app.
To download kindle app on computer; the kindle for PC app can be used on any computer running window 7, 8, 8.1 or window 10 in desktop mode.
To download and install kindle app for PC; go to Kindle for PC and follow the written instruction.

Food recipes for heart disease


I will write different food recipes and foods name for heart disease patients from today , I have also written healthy foods name  in  my ebook, recently self published on Amazon Kindle, title WEIGHT LOSS AND HEALTH FOOD  and sub tile Slim in thirty days.
A heart patient needs special care in eating foods specially when eating meat , meat should be fatless, avoid to add salt in foods.
Soup or stew, after cooking, remove excess fat ,  cool first, refrigerate and skin off the fat with a spoon, reheat and serve.


Heart healthy breakfast :    

     
Oatmeal, milk, banana, strawberries, plain yogurt, blueberries, sunflower seeds, slice of brown bread can eat in breakfast , one or two at a time.
Oatmeal with walnut or without walnut and fruits
Preparation time 5 minutes
Cooking time         8 minutes
Serving                     1 person


Ingredients:


Oatmeal       1 cup
Walnut         1(optional)
Banana        1 slice
Sugar           1 tablespoon (if patient is not sugar patient.)

Method

In pan add oatmeal, light brow on low flame, stir continuously.
Add ½ cup water or milk cook until tender.
Pour in a small bowl.
Cut 1 banana slice into small pieces and place over oatmeal and serve.
You can use any other fruits like blueberries, strawberries, or yogurt in place of milk and oatmeal .

A cup of plain yogurt  contains 137 calories and a cup of yogurt made with whole milk contains 148 calories  
Benefits of yogurt

Fat burn, weight loss, less carbohydrate and protein eat yogurt on daily basis good for health but when you add sugar it becomes unhealthy.

Ingredients

Milk        1 cup 
Yogurt     1 tablespoon





Method


In pan , boil milk and cool at room temperature add yogurt starter , stir  and pour milk into jar and incubate overnight or 7 hours near hot place and after 7 hours refrigerate.

Ingredients of bottle gourd

Bottle gourd                       ½ kg (washed, peeled) 
Red chili powder                ½ tablespoon 
Turmeric powder                ¼ teaspoon
Salt to taste     
Cumin seeds                       ¼ teaspoon
Dry mint                              1 teaspoon
Extra vinegar olive oil        2 tablespoon
Water                                  1 cup (optional)

Cooking method of  bottle gourd


In a pan heat oil for 30 second, add cumin seed, stir, add bottle gourd and stir well.
Add all ingredients except dry mint and ground spices, cook until bottle gourd tender.
Add green chili, dry mint and ground spices.
Serve with tortilla.

Ginger garlic paste                 1 tablespoon,

Coriander powder                   ½ tablespoon, 2. 5 calories, full of nutrients
Red chili powder                     ½ tablespoon, 4 calories, full of nutrients
Ground spices powder            ¼ teaspoon, no calories   
Green chili                              4 (finely chopped)
Green coriander leaves            ½ bunches (finely chopped)  
Extra virgin olive  Oil             3 tablespoon 357 calories , 100% fat , this fat is healthiest fat, no carbohydrates or protein, all calories comes from  monounsaturated  fat, making it an extremely heart healthy addition to your diet, very well fit for health. One tablespoon extra virgin olive oil contains 119 calories and 14 grams of fat, 2 tablespoon of  extra virgin olive oil  per day is good for you and keep away from heart diseases, also contains polyphenols act as antioxidants reducing the oxidative stress throughout  your body. Serve with tortilla.

Sixth step: Conclusion , means write something about overall book and little bit about yourself.
 Seventh step: write any encouraged sign like star, or something else.
Eight step: Discuss the positive and enjoyable parts in a particular book.

Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking for   5 minutes
Serving          4 persons

Ingredients


Chicken stock                           2 tablespoons
Broccoli                                  25 grams( boiled)
Cucumber                                 1(finely chopped)  
Capsicum                                  1(finely chopped)
Carrot                                        1(finely chopped)
Green onion                               2(finely chopped)
Chili sauce                                 1 teaspoon
Parsley                                       3 tablespoons(finely)
Cauliflower                                25 grams (boiled)
Black pepper powder                 1 teaspoon
Salt                                              to taste

 Method:

In a bowl, add ingredient and mixed well and keep in refrigerator for 5 minutes and serve.

Note: If you want to add boiled vegetables then cooked all vegetable for 2 minutes with a pinch of salt.

This is a very very easy and tasty recipe, weight loss too if you will cook with brown rice instead of white rice.

Ingredients

Brown or white rice             3 cup (washed and soaked for 30 minutes)
Tomatoes                              ½ kg (finely chopped)
Black pepper                        1 teaspoon
Red chili powder                  ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder                  ¼ teaspoon
Onion                                     1 small size (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste                ½ tablespoon
Potato                                     1 (boiled)
Salt                                         as per taste
Oil                                          ¼ cup (cholesterol free)
Water                                      as required

Method:
Rinse water and boil  rice in 4 cup of water , strain rice and place in bowl.
In a pan heat oil add onion stir until light brown add ginger garlic paste and other ingredient except water.
After 5 minutes add ¼ cup of water and cook for 6 minutes, add boiled rice, cook for 1 to 2 minutes on very low flame.
Mix all together and serve with yogurt

 Ingredients:


Beef or chicken                     500 grams
Noodles                                 500 grams (boiled)
Black pepper powder            2 tablespoons
Onion                                    1 (finely chopped)
Yogurt                                   ½ cup
Salt                                        to taste
Chili powder                        1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste               1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder                  ¼ teaspoon
All spicy powder                  ½ teaspoon
Lemon juice                         2 tablespoons
Tomatoes                             2 (finely chopped)
White cumin seed                1 tablespoon (roasted and crushed)
Sesame                                 1 tablespoon (roasted and crushed)
Oil                                        4 tablespoon (cholesterol free)
Water                                     as required

Method:


Heat oil in pan add onion, stir till light brown add meat and cook for 2 minutes add ginger garlic paste, stir for 4 minutes.
Add all dry ingredients, add ¼ glass of water, stir constantly for 3 minutes, add tomatoes and cook until meat tender.
Add other ingredients and cook for 1 minute and serve
